이용약관
이 약관은 Soursea LLC(미국 캘리포니아주, 이하 “회사”)가 운영하는 영수증 스캔 가계부 서비스 Receo(https://receo.writingdeveloper.blog, 이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건을 정해요. 서비스에 가입하거나 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봐요.
1. 서비스 소개
Receo는 영수증 사진을 업로드하면 AI가 상호·날짜·금액·품목을 자동으로 추출해 지출을 기록하고, 월별 통계와 주간 소비 인사이트, CSV 내보내기를 제공하는 웹앱(PWA)이에요.
2. AI 인식 결과에 대한 안내 — 꼭 읽어 주세요
- AI가 읽은 결과는 틀릴 수 있어요. 상호, 금액, 품목이 실제 영수증과 다르게 인식될 수 있으니, 중요한 금액은 반드시 직접 확인하고 필요하면 수정해 주세요.
- 서비스가 제공하는 기록, 통계, 인사이트는 참고용 정보예요. 재무·세무·법률·의료 자문이 아니며, 그런 목적으로 의존해서는 안 돼요.
- 건강 인사이트(선택 기능)는 구매 품목을 바탕으로 한 가벼운 관찰일 뿐, 의학적 진단이나 조언이 아니에요.
3. 계정
- 가입 시 정확한 정보를 제공해야 하고, 계정과 비밀번호 관리 책임은 이용자에게 있어요.
- 계정에서 일어난 활동은 이용자 본인의 책임이에요. 무단 사용을 발견하면 바로 알려 주세요.
- 만 14세 미만(대한민국) 또는 13세 미만(미국)은 서비스를 이용할 수 없어요.
4. 이용 규칙 (금지 행위)
서비스를 이용하면서 다음 행위를 해서는 안 돼요.
- 타인의 권리(개인정보, 저작권 등)를 침해하거나 불법적인 콘텐츠를 업로드하는 행위
- 서비스의 정상 운영을 방해하는 행위 (과도한 자동화 요청, 스크래핑, 크롤링 등)
- 서비스를 역설계(리버스 엔지니어링)하거나 소스 코드·모델을 추출하려는 행위
- 무료 플랜 한도 등 이용 제한을 우회하려는 행위 (예: 다중 계정 생성)
- 다른 이용자의 계정이나 데이터에 무단으로 접근하려는 행위
위반 시 회사는 사전 통지 후(긴급한 경우 즉시) 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 해지할 수 있어요.
5. 무료 플랜과 플랜 변경
- 현재 서비스는 무료로 제공되며, 매달 영수증 30장까지 AI 자동 인식(OCR)을 사용할 수 있어요. 한도를 넘으면 다음 달까지 자동 인식이 제한될 수 있어요.
- 회사는 플랜 구성, 한도, 기능을 변경할 수 있어요. 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 사전에 서비스 내 공지 또는 이메일로 안내한 뒤 적용해요.
6. 콘텐츠와 지식재산권
- 이용자가 올린 영수증 이미지와 지출 데이터는 이용자의 것이에요. 회사는 영수증 인식, 통계, 인사이트 제공 등 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위에서만 이를 처리해요.
- 서비스 자체(소프트웨어, 디자인, 브랜드 등)에 대한 권리는 회사에 있어요. 약관이 허용하는 범위를 넘어 복제·배포할 수 없어요.
- 데이터는 언제든 CSV로 내보낼 수 있고, 계정 삭제 시 함께 삭제돼요.
7. 서비스 제공과 변경
- 서비스는 현재 베타 단계로, 가용성을 보장하는 별도 SLA 없이 최선을 다해(best effort) 제공돼요. 점검, 장애, 외부 서비스(AI API 등) 문제로 일시 중단될 수 있어요.
- 회사는 데이터 보존을 위해 노력하지만, 중요한 기록은 CSV 내보내기로 별도 보관을 권장해요.
- 회사는 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 변경하거나 종료할 수 있으며, 종료 시 사전에 안내할게요.
8. 이용 종료
- 이용자는 언제든 설정에서 계정을 삭제해 이용을 종료할 수 있어요.
- 회사는 이용자가 이 약관을 위반한 경우 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 해지할 수 있어요. 이 경우 사유를 안내해요.
9. 보증의 부인
법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 서비스는 “있는 그대로(as is)”, “제공 가능한 범위에서(as available)” 제공돼요. 회사는 서비스의 정확성, 완전성, 특정 목적 적합성, 무중단성에 대해 명시적·묵시적 보증을 하지 않아요. 특히 AI 인식 결과의 정확성은 보증되지 않아요.
10. 책임 제한
법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 회사는 서비스 이용과 관련해 발생한 간접적·부수적·특별·결과적 손해(데이터 손실, 이익 상실 등)에 대해 책임지지 않아요. 어떤 경우에도 회사의 총 책임은 이용자가 최근 12개월 동안 서비스에 지불한 금액(무료 이용 시 미화 50달러)을 넘지 않아요. 다만 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해, 그리고 관련 법령상 배제할 수 없는 책임에는 이 제한이 적용되지 않아요.
11. 준거법과 분쟁 해결
이 약관은 미국 캘리포니아주 법에 따라 해석돼요(국제사법 원칙은 적용하지 않아요). 다만 이용자가 거주하는 국가의 강행 법규가 보장하는 소비자 보호는 그대로 유지돼요. 분쟁이 생기면 우선 contact@soursea.io로 연락해 주세요 — 대부분의 문제는 대화로 해결할 수 있다고 믿어요.
12. 약관 변경
회사는 이 약관을 변경할 수 있어요. 중요한 변경은 시행 전에 서비스 내 공지 또는 이메일로 안내하고, 변경 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봐요.

Terms of Service (English Version)
These Terms govern your use of Receo(https://receo.writingdeveloper.blog), a receipt-scanning expense tracker (the “Service”) operated by Soursea LLC (California, USA, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If the Korean and English versions ever conflict, the Korean version governs for users in Korea and this English version governs for everyone else.
1. The Service
Receo is a web app (PWA): upload a photo of a receipt and AI extracts the merchant, date, totals, and line items to build your expense records, with monthly statistics, weekly spending insights, and CSV export.
2. About AI results — please read
- AI-extracted results can be wrong. Merchants, amounts, and items may be misread. Always verify important amounts against the actual receipt and correct them as needed.
- Records, statistics, and insights are provided for reference only. They are not financial, tax, legal, or medical advice and must not be relied on as such.
- Health insights (an opt-in feature) are light observations based on purchased items — not a medical diagnosis or advice.
3. Your account
- Provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
- You must be at least 14 (Korea) or 13 (USA) to use the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload unlawful content or content that infringes others’ rights (privacy, copyright, etc.);
- interfere with the Service’s operation (excessive automated requests, scraping, crawling);
- reverse engineer the Service or attempt to extract its source code or models;
- circumvent usage limits such as the free-plan quota (e.g. by creating multiple accounts);
- attempt unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data.
If you violate these rules, we may restrict or terminate your access after notice (or immediately in urgent cases).
5. Free plan and plan changes
- The Service is currently free, including up to 30 AI receipt scans (OCR) per month. Beyond the limit, automatic scanning may be unavailable until the next month.
- We may change plans, limits, and features. Changes that are unfavorable to you will be announced in advance, in-app or by email, before they take effect.
6. Content and intellectual property
- Your receipt images and expense data belong to you. We process them only as needed to operate the Service (scanning, statistics, insights).
- The Service itself — software, design, branding — belongs to Soursea LLC. You may not copy or redistribute it beyond what these Terms allow.
- You can export your data as CSV at any time, and it is deleted with your account.
7. Availability and changes
- The Service is in beta and is provided on a best-effort basis with no SLA. It may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or problems with external providers (such as AI APIs).
- We work to preserve your data, but we recommend keeping your own copies of important records via CSV export.
- We may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service; we will give notice before any shutdown.
8. Termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account in Settings.
- We may restrict or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, and we will tell you why.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted operation. In particular, the accuracy of AI-extracted results is not warranted.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including data loss and lost profits) arising from your use of the Service. In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months (or USD 50 if you have paid nothing). This limitation does not apply to damages caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence, or to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live are not affected. If a dispute arises, please contact contact@soursea.io first — most issues can be resolved by talking.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
