개인정보처리방침
Soursea LLC(미국 캘리포니아주, 이하 “회사”)는 영수증 스캔 가계부 서비스 Receo(https://receo.writingdeveloper.blog, 이하 “서비스”)를 운영하면서 이용자의 개인정보를 소중하게 다룹니다. 이 문서는 어떤 정보를 왜 수집하고, 어디로 보내고, 언제 지우는지를 있는 그대로 설명해요.
1. 수집하는 개인정보와 이용 목적
서비스는 다음 정보를 수집해요. 모두 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소한의 범위예요.

2. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전
서비스 운영을 위해 아래 업체에 일부 처리를 맡기고 있어요. 이 과정에서 일부 정보가 국외(주로 미국)로 전송돼요. 이용자는 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있지만, 그 경우 해당 기능(영수증 인식, 이메일 수신 등) 제공이 어려워 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있어요. 거부를 원하시면 아래 연락처로 알려 주세요.

3. 건강 인사이트 (선택 동의)
설정에서 건강 인사이트를 켜면, 구매 품목 이름을 Google Gemini가 분석해 식습관과 관련된 가벼운 관찰(예: 카페인·당류 소비 경향)을 주간 인사이트에 함께 보여 드려요. 이 기능은 다음과 같이 동작해요.
- 기본값은 꺼짐이며, 이용자가 직접 동의(켜기)한 경우에만 동작해요. 동의 시각이 기록돼요.
- 분석 대상은 구매 품목 이름이에요. 건강 기록이나 의료 정보를 별도로 수집하지 않아요.
- 분석 결과는 주 단위로 생성·저장되고, 언제든 설정에서 끄면 이후 분석이 중단돼요.
- 이 기능은 의료 행위나 의학적 조언이 아니에요. 건강에 관한 판단은 반드시 전문가와 상담해 주세요.
4. 보유 기간 및 파기
- 영수증을 삭제하면 해당 영수증의 이미지 파일과 추출된 데이터가 함께 삭제돼요.
- 설정 → 계정 삭제로 계정을 삭제하면 계정 정보, 모든 영수증 기록과 이미지 파일이 삭제돼요.
- 그 밖의 개인정보는 회원 탈퇴 시까지(또는 법령이 정한 기간 동안) 보유한 뒤 파기해요.
5. 쿠키
- 필수 쿠키: 로그인 상태 유지를 위한 세션 쿠키를 사용해요. 이 쿠키 없이는 로그인이 동작하지 않아요.
- 통계 쿠키: 사이트 이용 현황 파악을 위해 Google Analytics 4 쿠키가 사용될 수 있어요. 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키를 차단할 수 있고, 차단해도 서비스 핵심 기능은 그대로 사용할 수 있어요.
6. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든 자신의 개인정보에 대해 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있어요.
- 열람·내려받기: 서비스 안에서 모든 지출 내역을 확인하고 CSV 파일로 내려받을 수 있어요.
- 정정: 영수증 내역과 계정 정보는 서비스 안에서 직접 수정할 수 있어요.
- 삭제: 영수증 단위 삭제는 물론, 설정 → 계정 삭제로 전체 데이터를 삭제할 수 있어요.
- 처리 정지·동의 철회: 건강 인사이트 동의 철회는 설정에서 바로 할 수 있고, 그 외 요청은 아래 이메일로 연락해 주세요.

7. 아동의 개인정보
서비스는 만 14세 미만(대한민국 기준) 또는 13세 미만(미국 기준) 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 해당 연령 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않아요. 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제할게요.
8. 캘리포니아 거주자 권리 (CCPA/CPRA)
미국 캘리포니아주 거주자는 캘리포니아 소비자 개인정보 보호법(CCPA/CPRA)에 따라 다음 권리를 가져요.
- 수집·이용되는 개인정보의 항목과 목적을 알 권리 (이 문서가 그 내용이에요)
- 개인정보의 열람·삭제·정정을 요청할 권리
- 개인정보 판매·공유 거부권 — 다만 회사는 개인정보를 판매하거나 맞춤형 광고 목적으로 공유하지 않아요.
- 권리 행사를 이유로 차별받지 않을 권리

9. 안전성 확보 조치
- 모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화돼요.
- 비밀번호는 원문이 아닌 해시 형태로만 저장돼요.
- 영수증 이미지와 지출 데이터는 본인 계정으로만 접근할 수 있어요.

Privacy Policy (English Version)
Soursea LLC (California, USA, “we”, “us”) operates Receo(https://receo.writingdeveloper.blog), a receipt-scanning expense tracker (the “Service”). This policy explains plainly what we collect, where it goes, and how it gets deleted. If the Korean and English versions ever conflict, the Korean version governs for users in Korea and this English version governs for everyone else.

2. Processors and international transfers
We use the following service providers. Some data is transferred internationally (mostly to the USA) as part of this. You may object to these transfers by contacting us, but doing so may make parts of the Service (receipt scanning, email delivery) unavailable to you.

3. Health insights (opt-in)
If you turn on Health insights in Settings, the names of items you purchased are analyzed by Google Gemini to surface light, nutrition-adjacent observations (for example, trends in caffeine or sugar purchases) inside your weekly insight.
- It is off by default and runs only after you explicitly turn it on. We record the time of your consent.
- Only purchase item names are analyzed. We do not collect health or medical records.
- Results are generated and cached weekly. Turning the toggle off stops further analysis.
- This feature is not medical advice. Always consult a professional for health decisions.
4. Retention and deletion
- Deleting a receipt deletes its image file and extracted data together.
- Deleting your account via Settings → Delete account removes your account records, all receipt data, and image files.
- Other personal data is kept until you delete your account (or as long as the law requires), then destroyed.
5. Cookies
- Strictly necessary: a session cookie keeps you signed in. The Service cannot work without it.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 cookies may be used to understand site usage. You can block them in your browser without losing core functionality.
6. Your rights
- Access and portability: view everything in the app and export your full history as CSV.
- Correction: edit receipt records and account details directly in the app.
- Deletion: delete individual receipts, or delete everything via Settings → Delete account.
- Withdraw consent / restrict processing: turn off health insights in Settings; for anything else, email us.
To exercise any right, contact contact@soursea.io and we will respond without undue delay.
7. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 14 (Korea) or under 13 (USA, per COPPA), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn we have, we will delete it promptly.
8. California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA:
- The right to know what personal information we collect and why (this document).
- The right to access, delete, and correct personal information.
- The right to opt out of sale or sharing — note that we do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- The right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
California residents may exercise these rights by emailing contact@soursea.io.
9. Security
- All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
- Passwords are stored only as hashes, never in plain text.
- Your receipt images and spending data are accessible only from your own account.
