Refund Policy

This policy covers Receo Pro, the paid plan of Receo (operated by Soursea LLC, California, USA). Receo Pro is optional — the free plan remains available either way.

1. Billing and auto-renewal

  • Receo Pro is offered monthly ($4.99/month) or annually ($39.99/year). A one-time Lifetime purchase ($99) is also offered.
  • Monthly and annual plans automatically renew at the then-current price at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We disclose the renewal price and cadence before you subscribe and obtain your separate consent to auto-renewal.
  • The Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and does not renew.

2. Cancelling

  • You can cancel anytime in one click from Settings → Manage subscription (the Stripe customer portal).
  • When you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the current paid period and does not renew after that. Cancelling does not delete your account or data.

3. Refunds

  • Monthly: charges are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun, but cancelling stops all future renewals.
  • Annual: if you cancel within 14 days of an annual charge, contact us for a refund of that charge.
  • Lifetime: refundable within 14 days of purchase.
  • Where the law of your place of residence grants you stronger refund or withdrawal rights, those rights apply.

4. How to request a refund

Email contact@soursea.io from your account email address with your request. We aim to respond within a few business days.

5. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in-app or by email before they take effect.

6. Effective date

This policy is effective as of June 15, 2026.
